Scheduling Policies:
Since scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each treatment please be punctual. I block off enough time in your appointment time so you can change clothes, complete paperwork and begin your relaxing treatment without
worries.
Appointment Policies:
I kindly ask for 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation or the need to reschedule. As a courtesy, confirmation is made 48-hours in advance of your appointment. If last minute canceling or rescheduling of appointments occurs excessively (2 consecutive times) I will then require prepayment at the time of scheduling thereafter. 50% of the service(s) reserved will be charged if any subsequent cancellation/rescheduling is not made within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time. Minor teens and children coming in for an appointment must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian.
