Since scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each treatment please be punctual. I block off enough time in your appointment time so you can change clothes, complete paperwork and begin your relaxing treatment without
worries. Also please be aware that I am an independent Aesthetician who works by Appointment ONLY! So in the event of last minute cancelations and or no-showing it really put's a strain on not only me but my family (daycare is expensive when it's not needed)
I kindly ask for 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation or the need to reschedule. As a courtesy, confirmation is made by text message 48-hours in advance of your appointment. I require a confirmation text/call back at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment to either, confirm appointment or reschedule/cancel appointment. If no confirmation is made by 6pm the night before your appointment that will be considered a late cancel and 50% of total service amount will be charged and appointment will be offered to wait list clients. A Credit Card is Required to hold all new appointments. In the event an appointment is canceled after the 24 hour mark you will be charged 50% of your service appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the bill. Cancelations due to illness will be adjusted as needed please call to cancel if sick. If needing to bring your child to your appointment please text or call ahead of time and let me know. My office also has a massage therapist so if your child can sit quietly during your appointment it shouldn't be an issue.
Please remember traffic in the Vancouver/Portland is getting worse please give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment. If you are running late please call me immediately with an ETA because depending on your appointment and how full my schedule is I may have to reschedule you.
All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian.
I will not perform Brazilian or French Waxing on minors regardless of parental consent.
Full Body Waxing services must be pre-paid for the 2 hour minimum price in order to hold appointment due to the length of service.
Also note that if you are running late for your appointment please let me know as soon as possible either by texting or calling. I sometimes will have enough time to take you even if you are a little late however during busy times of the year (Spring/Summer) I may not have enough time between your appointment and the next persons. This is why I stress please call and let me know that way I can let you know if I can take you late or if you need to reschedule. That way time is not wasted on either end.
Groupon/Living Social Information
When scheduling a Groupon or Living Social appointment please inform me of your voucher number at time of appointment.
Appointment Cancelations and Reschedules are as follows:
Cancelations after the 24hour window will forfeit the voucher for the full price paid no refunds are eligble. No-shows will forfeit voucher
Reschedules in the 24hour window are eligble to use the voucher however must pay the remainder of the service cost ($35 voucher on a $70 brazilian will owe $35 at time of service)
Please note that popular appointment times , like mornings and afterwork hours book up weeks in advance. I will try my best to accomodate each and every client however sometimes that is not possible due to scheduling conflicts between myself and the client. Service vouchers must have an appointment scheduled before the expire date. I will accept vouchers after the expire date as long as they are pre-booked before the expiration.
Cancelations/Reschedules made after the 24 hour window will be charged $25 at the time of the rescheduled appointment . No Show forfeits 1 prepaid service. Packages expire 90 days after date of purchase
Returns & Refunds
No refunds on services,prepaid packages or opened products. I offer facial product samples to try before you buy.
In the event that I must cancel within the 24hours I will take $10 off your rescheduled appointment or for those with packages I will give you a $10 credit towards product or service.
